Recipes & Meal Preps

To me, cooking is an act of love. It’s a way to connect with people. You don’t have to know fancy techniques or buy expensive ingredients, you just have to put a little bit of yourself into what you’re cooking.

Some recipes will be healthy. Some will be quick & easy. Some will be comfort food. All were made with love. This page will be a work in progress & updated frequently.
